About chikiba
chikiba is the first project by DenDen Arts GmbH, a company based in Munich, Germany, and founded in 2025 to develop projects related to Japanese pop culture.
The idea came from a frustration many collectors know: finding a rare figure, or simply a better offer, can sometimes take hours. The market is large, international and spread across countless shops. Figure prices and availability can vary a lot, especially in the aftermarket.
If you don't want to settle for the first offer, or if the figure you are looking for is hard to find, getting a good overview of available offers usually means a lot of manual research.
So we decided to build chikiba: a price comparison platform for anime figures that gives you a proper market overview in just a few clicks, and is easy to understand and fun to browse.
